With 30+ years of experience in selling both residential and commercial real estate, Brian brings a level of enthusiasm and knowledge and is at the top of his profession. Prior to his real estate career which started in 1993, Brian had a successful pair of Antique stores in Toronto, and in Muskoka where he dealt in Canadiana furniture, art, and Indigenous artifacts. Concurrently, while selling, Brian was also an advisor to 4 mortgage companies for 20 years where they had him evaluate and advise on properties they were going to mortgage. More than just an appraisal, Brian would prepare a thorough comparative market evaluation for the mortgage company properties. Brian was a trusted professional in their lending process. Being a tough, but fair negotiator, has always been one of Brian’s hallmarks that earned him respect amongst his peers and clients for the last 30 years. He has a passion for investing in real estate that he has been able to translate into success for himself and for his clients. He has also been a trusted advisor to his clients that have chosen to renovate homes, as he has an excellent working knowledge of construction, structure, décor, design, and the homes' many systems. Brian and his wife Lori live in Hubbards, on Nova Scotia’s beautiful south shore with their boxer “Billie”. They moved here from Georgian Bay, Ontario, where they have traded Lakefront living for Oceanfront as it was always one of Brian’s dreams to move to Nova Scotia.
