Christos G. Migas

Returning to his roots in Halifax, Christos brings enthusiasm and significant real estate industry experience to his role as real estate advisor. Having spent time in Toronto, expanding his horizons in the building design, construction, residential and commercial property inspection fields, he has utilized that background knowledge to growing his successful real estate practice. Christos has built an excellent professional reputation, which includes a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity. He is known for putting others’ needs ahead of his own, providing exceptional customer service, creativity in approach and solid negotiation skills. It is this foundation, proven track record and focus on assisting his clients in making the right real estate decisions, that brings his clients back again and again. Christos has been recognized with customer service awards and brings that same drive and can-do attitude to his every day business. Always seeking to expand his knowledge of the Halifax real estate market, provincial and national trends, along with his collaborative approach results in a win-win for his clients. In his youth, Christos played competitive soccer, often in the role of captain, and represented the province at major tournaments. This background solidified his impressive team spirit and leadership qualities. Photography is one of Christos’ long-time interests, and he also enjoys giving back to the community with his ongoing volunteer work. On the weekends in the summer, one will find Christos and his wife Deborah enjoying driving on one of the many scenic, twisty, ocean view roads in this beautiful province, usually enroute to a favorite beach.
