Linda Osborne

Linda was raised in Nova Scotia and following graduation she moved to Victoria, BC where she resided for 10 years. Upon her return to NS she married her long-time friend Dana. They now call Grand Lake home and are proud parents of sons Ian and Jamie. Linda has always had a passion for real estate and after acquiring her real estate license in 2002, she quickly watched her clientele list grow. Linda has a vast experience based in selling properties, including new construction projects. She was directly involved with the Mount Royale subdivision project in Halifax from start to completion, where the construction consisted of town-homes, semi-detached and single-family homes. She also has experience in the expansive King’s Wharf condo project in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Linda particularly enjoys working with ‘first time buyers’ and experiencing their apprehension, enthusiasm and then anticipation of being new homeowners. Her ability in understanding a client’s needs and wants and finding the perfect home for all her clients sets her apart. Whether buying or selling, Linda meets her client’s real estate needs with integrity, hard work, dedication and loyalty. With her nearly two decades of experience in resale, new home construction and condominium developments, she possesses a wealth of knowledge within the real estate industry that benefits all of her clients.
