Get to know more about Magdalena Campbell

Magdalena Campbell’s journey is one shaped by passion, perseverance, and people. Born and raised in Poland, she explored the world before finding her heart and home in Nova Scotia. After years of living across Europe and Asia, and a stop in Montreal, Magdalena fell in love with the natural beauty and genuine warmth of Nova Scotians. Today, she proudly calls Hatchet Lake home, where she lives with her husband, Derrick and their two sons, Jakub and Miles.

At her core, Magdalena believes in the quality of life, of work, and of every relationship. She’s a people person through and through. Her clients often say they feel heard, supported, and truly taken care of. That’s because, for Magdalena, helping someone find a home is about more than a transaction—it’s about investing in dreams, building futures, and creating space for life’s most treasured memories.

Magdalena holds a degree in European Studies, but it’s her passion for real estate—and her deep understanding of what truly makes a place feel like home that drives her work. As someone through personal experience who has gone through major relocations herself, she understands how emotional and life-changing the process of finding the right home can be. That’s why she’s committed to guiding her clients with care, integrity, and professionalism every step of the way.

Before real estate and photography, Magdalena was a professional athlete, representing the Polish national team in short track speed skating at World Cups, European and World Championships. Her athletic background taught her the importance of discipline, teamwork, and striving for excellence—values she brings into every client relationship. For her, success is always a team effort.

Outside of her real estate career, Magdalena is an accomplished photographer whose work has been featured in Photo Vogue. She’s held several exhibitions, using her camera to capture stories and human connection. She believes both photography and real estate share one thing in common: they’re about people, emotion, and preserving meaningful moments.  She’s also a devoted book lover, hiking enthusiast, and active volunteer with the Halifax Speed Skating Club. Whether exploring nature trails or mentoring young athletes, Magdalena shows up with heart.
