Sebastien Latulippe

With an entrepreneurial drive and a deep commitment to service, Sebastien Latulippe brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and personal connection to Engel & Völkers Nova Scotia — the company he proudly co-owns with his wife, Donna Harding. Since opening their first Halifax shop in 2018, the brokerage has grown rapidly under their leadership, expanding to seven locations across the province with a team of 11 staff and 85 Advisors known for professionalism, expertise, and a client-first approach.

Before entering real estate, Sebastien served 21 years in the Canadian Navy, beginning in 1989 after graduating from Royal Roads Military College. His career included deployments to the Far East, a circumnavigation of the globe aboard the Chilean tall ship BE Esmeralda, and service as a Navy Diver and Submarine Combat Officer — experiences that honed the discipline and resilience he brings to leadership today.

A devoted husband and father, Sebastien takes pride in having coached his two sons in basketball and football — both of whom now coach in their own right. Outside of work, he continues to challenge himself through marathon running and cycling. His guiding mantra, “to always dream big,” defines both his approach to life and the culture of excellence at Engel & Völkers Nova Scotia.
