Susanne Schwalbach

Susanne came ashore in 2010 and dropped anchor when she realized that Nova Scotia would be the perfect place to raise her family. She purchased and restored an old farmstead - a labour of love she would encourage anyone with time and a heart for history to do. Born and raised in Germany, Susanne has a background in public relations, marketing, journalism and design. Her love for travel and exploration brought her to Paris, for studies, to Hamburg, where she was a magazine editor and public relations consultant for Lego and Philip Morris, and to Hanoi, where she worked for Plan International in a project aimed at providing income and education for women.Today, Susanne lives in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, and if she isn’t on the road for her clients, she can be found in her food garden. Susanne brings all her varied experiences and skills to her career as a real estate professional. Her personal approach is creative and detail oriented, whether finding just the right angle to presenting a home for market, or working with buyers from all walks of life. She speaks both English and German fluently, which makes her the go-to agent for buyers and sellers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
