Originally from Uxbridge, Ontario, Tom grew up playing rep hockey, where he developed a strong team-first mindset that continues to shape his professional approach. Over the past decade, he has built a diverse and hands-on career grounded in both technical expertise and exceptional client service. From landscaping, excavation, and pool design to his time caddying at Cabot Cape Breton and serving as a Maintenance Manager at a well-established resort in Revelstoke, BC, Tom has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a genuine dedication to those he serves. Today, as an Advisor with Engel & Völkers, he applies that same attention to detail and care to help clients recognize the true value and potential of every property.

Known for his transparency and positive energy, Tom has earned a reputation as a natural advocate for the people around him. Outside of real estate, Tom embraces everything Cape Breton has to offer. He can often be found hiking in the national park, canoeing or fishing along the Margaree River, or on the golf course—where he enjoys connecting with clients and, on occasion, blending business with a round on the greens.
